Diös acquires an office and industrial property of just over 6,000 sq.m, with associated building rights of 2,400 sq.m, in the Hedensbyn area just outside central Skellefteå. The purpose is to strengthen the existing property portfolio in the city. The property value amounts to SEK 86 million.

The seller is Active Fastighet AB and transfer of ownership will take place 1st September 2022. The property is located in direct proximity to an existing Diös property in the expansive area Hedensbyn, just between Skellefteå center and Northvolt's battery facility. The area around Northvolt is under strong development with expanded infrastructure and several expected new establishments.

The property's lager tenant is Thoréngruppen. The annual rental value amounts to SEK 5.7 million and the rental duration is 6 years. The transaction takes place in a company form and will be reported in the third quarter of 2022.
