On June 4, 2021, Diös established an MTN programme with a framework amount of SEK 3,5 billion for borrowing on the bond market. Diös has updated the prospectus for the MTN programme which has today been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw. Finansinspektionen) (the "SFSA"). The prospectus is available from Diös website www.dios.se, as well as from SFSA's website, www.fi.se.pres

The prospectus has been updated to allow for continued issuance of bonds under the MTN programme. The prospectus is valid for 12 months from date of approval by SFSA.

Diös has previously, in consultation with Svenska Handelsbanken, established a green financing framework. The framework gives the company the opportunity to finance the type of projects and assets covered by the framework by issuing green bonds under the MTN programme.

Svenska Handelsbanken is the lead bank for the MTN programme and has been appointed issuing agent alongside Danske Bank and Swedbank. Born Advokater has served as legal advisor to Diös in connection with the update of the prospectus.
