Diös acquires property in Gävle
Diös acquires an office and warehouse property of 4,935 sq.m under construction in the expansive Gävle Bro area in Gävle with the aim of strengthening and supplementing the existing property portfolio in the city. The seller is Tomatec AB and transfer of ownership will take place 1st July. 2022 The property is expected to be ready for occupancy at the second quarter of 2023.
Located in the Gävle Bro area adjacent to Ersbo, the property has both visibility and accessibility from the motorway E4. The area is expansive with a large number of ongoing new buildings and interesting establishments just outside central Gävle. The property will be environmentally certified according to BREEAM very good and is expected to be completed during the second quarter of 2023. The property value amounts to 107 million and has a rental value of 8.3 million. The rental duration is 8 years and the largest tenant is Granitor. The transaction takes place in a company form and will be reported in the third quarter of 2022.
