The consulting business is engaged in the provision of strategies and plans formulation services, system construction and actual operation services, as well as consulting services such as contact center operation and product development, training and market research. The business process outsourcing business is engaged in the labor saving and simplification support business. The On-Site segment is engaged in the temporary staffing business, including dispatch of communicators for marketing business.
