Pursuant to Article 226 of the consolidated text of the Securities Market Act and development regulation, Distribuidora Internacional de Alimentación, S.A. ("DIA" or the "Company") hereby communicates and discloses the following
INSIDE INFORMATION
With regards to the information appeared in the press, DIA hereby informs that the Company is in discussions with LetterOne Group, DEA Finance Sarl and its lenders in relation to a global agreement to address a long-term financing and capital structure that would allow the management to focus on the implementation of the Company's business plan. As of the date hereof, no agreement has been reached yet. DIA will timely inform of the progress, if any, of such discussions.
