Ditto(Thailand) Public Company Limited ("the Company") has offered newly issued ordinary shares by Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 80,000,000 at THB 7.50 per share on 23-27 April 2021 and registered such IPO with the Market of Alternative Investment on 6 May 2021. The Company has received the net proceeds of approximately 577.09 million baht (after deducting underwriting fee and other expenses involved in the IPO).

The Company would like to report the utilization of proceeds ending 30 June 2022 as
