DIXY GROUP SUPPORTS CHARITY PROJECTS OF EMPLOYEES

Moscow, Russian Federation, November 27, 2018

Through participation in the #GivingTuesday internationalinitiativeDIXY Group launches a charity projects competition among its employees and will allocate funds on realization of the best of them. The competition is taking place in all regions of Dixy retail chain presence.

Each employee of DIXY Group and members of their family may participate in this competition andpitch a project. Realization of winner projects will take place during the period from January 15 to February 17, 2019. The priority is given to projects, developed in partnership with non-profit organizations or social institutions.

It is not the first charity project of DIXY Group. The volunteer community Kindness Collecting Box which became the winner of the international competition INTERCOMM 2018 is actively developing and Products for Help program is being realized in cooperation with Charity Foundation Foodbank Rus. This year the project became a winner of the Russian Retail Week in the Social Responsibility nomination and the winner of the International festival of the SocialAdvertising LIME in nomination Best Projects in the Field of Corporate Social Responsibility.

Participation in charity projects not only unites employees, but also notes corporate social responsibility.
