DKSH Started a new Partnership With Dow Consumer Solutions in Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand

DKSH has been awarded distribution rights with Dow Consumer Solutions' product range of silicones and silanes for composites applications in Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

Zurich, Switzerland, January 26, 2023 - DKSH's Business Unit Performance Materials, a leading distributor of specialty chemicals and ingredients, will provide business development, marketing, sales, logistics, and distribution services for Dow Consumer Solutions'range of silanes and silicones for composites applications in Australia, New Zealand, and key Southeast Asian markets.

Dow Consumer Solutions manufactures silanes and silicones that can be incorporated into composites formulations to improve adhesion, durability, processability as well as surface and release properties. The company provides silanes and silicones to be used in applications such as fiber reinforcement, wires and cables as well as synthetic rubbers made up of ethylene, propylene, and diene monomers (EPDM), known for their high resistance to external conditions.

Dow Consumer Solutions has once again entrusted DKSH to grow its specialty chemicals business in Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand, following its existing agreement covering Europe and Malaysia. This expanded partnership was established thanks to DKSH's extensive distribution network, highly specialized commercial and technical teams as well as strong capabilities in logistics and value- added services, including technical and regulatory support.
