On December 5, 2023, X-Energy Reactor Company, LLC closed the transaction. The company has raised $235 million in this transaction. The transaction included participation from returning investors, Ares Management Corporation, Curtiss-Wright Corporation, Ontario Power Generation Inc. and individual investor, Kam Ghaffarian.
The company has raised $210 million in its second tranche, bringing the funds raised in the transaction so far to $235 million. The deal size includes anticipated conversions of certain of the company?s outstanding convertible notes.
DL E&C Co Ltd is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the construction business. The Company mainly engages in the building construction, including construction of residential and non-residential buildings, among others; civil works such as roads, bridges, ports, railways and others; plant construction such as petrochemical plant, power plant and others.
