Kindly take notice that in compliance with DLF Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives under the SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, the trading window for dealing/trading in the Equity Shares of the Company, shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons, their immediate relatives and the persons with whom they have material financial relationship from Friday, 1st January 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ending 31st December 2020 are made public.

Accordingly, all Designated Persons of the DLF have been advised not to trade in the Equity Shares in any manner, during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
