(Oslo, 29 September 2021) DLT ASA (DLTx, OSE: DLTX) today announces the
appointment of Jonathan Mohan as Head of Partnerships.

"I am thrilled that Jonathan is joining the DLTx team. His experience from the
blockchain community speaks for itself, and we believe that he will be a great
resource as we continue to execute on the DLTx vision" says Thomas Christensen,
Chief Executive Officer.

As Head of Partnerships, Mohan will oversee partnerships and strategic growth
opportunities for DLTx, working closely with the team to propel its market
positioning as a foremost leader for blockchain infrastructure and investment
worldwide. He will report to Chief Executive Officer, Thomas Christensen.

Mohan is a veteran leader and conduit within the blockchain and cryptocurrency
industry, having gained his full-time professional start in early 2013,
educating and evangelizing Bitcoin throughout all of New York City. Soon after
in 2014, Mohan became a founding contributor to Ethereum where his contributions
materially impacted the successful crowd raise of 31,725 BTC. At the time of
writing, Ethereum's valuation exceeds $350 billion. In addition, he was
meaningfully involved in supporting the launch of many of the first projects to
utilise Ethereum's blockchain. Mohan is a regularly-invited speaker for
industry-leading events worldwide and has conducted more than 400 free
educational events with much of the emphasis on enterprise growth opportunities
and the utilisation of public blockchains.

In addition to his substantial leadership experience, Mohan can be attributed to
connecting the founding teams of more than a dozen different blockchain
companies since 2014 and will be applying his invaluable experience and proven
track record of success to DLTx's business and growth model.

He moves into the Head of Partnerships role with DLTx 29 September 2021.
