Feixiang (Hangzhou) Asset Management Co., Ltd. signed an agreement to acquire 5% stake in Doctorglasses Chain Co.,Ltd (SZSE:300622) from Alexander Liu for approximately CNY 160 million on May 13, 2022. As per the transaction, Feixiang (Hangzhou) Asset Management Co., Ltd. will acquire 8.62 million shares at CNY 18.22 per share. Feixiang (Hangzhou) Asset Management Co., Ltd. shall pay 30% of the total amount of the transfer price to the bank account designated by Alexander Liu within seven working days after the signing of this agreement. 40% of the transfer price payable within 7 working days from receiving the compliance confirmation letter from Shenzhen Stock Exchange and remaining 30% payable to the bank account designated by Alexander Liu within seven working days from the date when the target shares are transferred.
Doctorglasses Chain Co Ltd is a company engaged in retail of glasses. The Company's products and services include frames, lenses, sunglasses, reading glasses, contact lenses and care solutions, as well as optometry and optics services. Its brands include President optical, Doctorâs Glasses, zele and Tong. The Company sells its products through direct stores, e-commerce and wholesale.
