Dogness International Corp. shares were up 15% to $2.30 Thursday after the company said it is expanding its sales activities at Costco Wholesale Corp. with both in-store and online special events to promote the Dogness smart pet product line.

The pet products maker said securing an expanded presence at Costco may significantly enhance its brand awareness and meaningfully drive sales.

Dogness said it plans to expand to Costco online in the first quarter of 2021, and is on track to expand its in-store special events to two additional warehouse clubs in December, with a goal of expanding into more warehouse clubs in the first half of 2021.
