Kathy Reardon Named a Ragan's Top Women in Wellness and HR Award Winner
Dollar General is honored to announce Kathy Reardon, executive vice president and chief people officer, was named Workplace Culture Leader in the 2021 Ragan's Top Women in Wellness and HR Awards.
"Throughout her career, Kathy has continually supported DG employees and amplified our unique company culture, which centers on our mission of Serving Others," said Todd Vasos, Dollar General's CEO. "We appreciate Ragan's efforts in acknowledging human resources leaders advancing the field and are honored Ragan's recognized Kathy for this prestigious award."
The Ragan's Top Women in Wellness and HR Award features 23 unique categories and aims to honor leadership in human resources and workplace wellness. Ragan Communications is a leading information resource for internal communicators, chronicling for more than 50 years the challenges and opportunities for those communicating with employees across organizations.
