Dollarama Inc. (TSX:DOL) announces a share repurchase program. Under the normal course issuer bid, the company will repurchase up to 18,713,765 common shares, representing 6.46% of its issued share capital. The common shares repurchased will be cancelled.
The bid will expire on July 6, 2023. As of June 30, 2022, the company had 289,823,095 common shares were issued and outstanding
