Dometic Group AB (publ) at its annual shareholders meeting to be held on April 11, 2024, The board of directors proposed that the annual shareholders' meeting resolves on a dividend of SEK 1.90 per share. The record date for the right to receive dividend is proposed to be April 15, 2024. Subject to resolution by the annual shareholders' meeting in accordance with this proposal, dividend is expected to be distributed by Euroclear Sweden AB on April 18, 2024.
