Dometic : takes further precautionary measures for its Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on April 7, 2020

As a consequence of the continued spread of the corona virus and as a further precautionary measure, Dometic Group AB (publ) has decided that the Chairman of the Board, Fredrik Cappelen, and President and CEO, Juan Vargues, will participate in the company's Annual Shareholder's Meeting via video link.
As a result of the recommendation from the Public Health Authority, we urge shareholders not to participate in the Annual Shareholders' Meeting in person, but to vote via proxy. Please note that Euroclear has offered to act as a proxy for shareholders who are private persons, if desired.
Dometic closely monitors the development and will, if necessary, update the company's precautionary measures before the annual shareholders' meeting and asks everyone who intends to attend the meeting to stay updated viawww.dometic.comabout any further measures.
