Dometic Group AB (publ) announced that the annual shareholders' meeting held on April 13, 2022, the board of directors proposes that the annual shareholders' meeting resolves on a dividend of SEK 2.45 per share. The record date for the right to receive dividend is proposed to be April 19, 2022. Subject to resolution by the annual shareholders' meeting in accordance with this proposal, dividend is expected to be distributed by Euroclear Sweden AB on April 22, 2022.
