TIRED OF TURKEY? SICK OF SPROUTS?

DOMINO'S SAVES FESTIVE FOOD FATIGUE WITH TURKEY PANIC BUTTON

· By 3pm on 27 December Brits are officially sick of Christmas turkey· Domino's Turkey Panic Button will deliver piping hot pizza when food fatigue sets in

Saturday 26December 2020: In the blur of days between Christmas and New Year, only one thing is certain: Christmas dinner leftovers will be served. As the nation grits its teeth to struggle through cold turkey sandwiches and three-day-old sprouts, Domino's has found the majority of the country - 57% to be exact - are absolutely sick of turkey by 3pm on 27 December.*

But never fear, We Got This! Domino's has come to the rescue for gravy-d out Brits with a solution to end festive food fatigue once and for all - the Turkey Panic Button.

Domino's is calling on volunteers to help put the Turkey Panic Button through its paces. Those loyal pizza fans who volunteer will receive their very own button and be able to press for pizza when hunger strikes and the thought of another plate of festive fare is too much to bear. Each volunteers' favourite, piping hot pizza will then be delivered, for free, meaning they can tuck into their favourite food during 'Twixtmas' with their household bubble.

If all goes well, Domino's will consider rolling out the technology nationwide for Christmas 2021, so pizza lovers across the country have the option to press for a Pepperoni Passion or a Vegi Supreme when the turkey gets too much.

Domino's very own Crustmas Connoisseur, Melanie Howe, said: 'With everything 2020 has thrown at us, the last thing we need on our dining tables at the end of the year is yet another plate of dry turkey. We had a hunch most of the country thought so too, and our research showed we were absolutely spot on.

We've created a much-needed piece of technological magic for 2020 that is perfectly primed to save the nation's turkey-related woes. We hope our button testers are as rigourous as our pizza testers!'

Pizza fans who would like to take part in the Turkey Panic Button trial should keep an eye out on the@dominos_ukInstagram on 27 December for full details on how to apply.
