Don Agro International Limited is a Singapore-based company with assets in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) countries. The Company's principal business activity is growing, processing and distribution of agricultural and dairy products, mainly grain and milk at farms located in the Rostov Region. The Company's segments include Crops and Livestock. Crops Segment includes production and sale of agriculture produce in the Russian Federation, mainly winter wheat, sunflower and corn. Livestock segment includes the breeding of dairy cows for milk production and sale of livestock. Its operations are principally located in the Rostov region. Its second operating division in the Volgograd region. It has a controlled land bank of approximately 67,340 hectares, of which approximately 54,420 hectares are arable land. It owns approximately 17,200 hectares of its controlled land bank. Its subsidiary includes Don Agro LLC and it operates three production divisions in the Rostov region.
