Donear Industries Limited announced that at its board of directors meeting held on May 30, 2019, the board has recommended the dividend of INR 0.20 per equity share of INR 2 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2019.

The board approved the appointment of Ms. Poonam Barsaiyan as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company with effect from May 30, 2019.
