China Resources Angde Bio-Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 200,000,000 in its equity round of funding on October 14, 2022. The transaction will include participation from returning investors China Resources Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. for CNY 160,000,000 for 80% stake and Dong-E-E-Jiao Co.,Ltd. for CNY 40,000,000 for 20% stake. After the capital increase is completed, the shareholding structure of it remains unchanged.

The transaction has been approved by twelfth meeting of the tenth board of directors of Dong-E-E-Jiao Co.,Ltd . The meeting reviewed and approved the "Proposal". It does not need to be submitted to the general meeting of shareholders for deliberation, and does not require approval from relevant departments.
