RESIGNATION OF SUPERVISOR AND CHAIRMAN OF THE

SUPERVISORY COMMITTEE

The board of directors (the "Board") of Dongfeng Motor Group Company Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that, on 29 August 2019, Mr. Wen Shuzhong ("Mr. Wen") resigned from the positions of Supervisor and Chairman of supervisory committee of the Company with immediate effect due to personnel re-allocation.

Mr. Wen has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Company and the Supervisory Committee, and there is no other matter that should be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in respect of the foregoing resignation.

The Board and Supervisory Committee wish to express its appreciation for Mr. Wen's contributions and leadership during his term of office.
