SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT -

CIRCULAR OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING RESOLUTIONS ON APPOINTMENT AND RESIGNATION OF

DIRECTORS AND SUPERVISORS

The supplemental announcement (the "Supplemental Announcement") intends to supplement the disclosure required under Rule 13.51(2) of the Listing Rules, which shall be read in conjunction with the circular of the Company dated 14 October 2019 (the "Circular") in relation to the resolutions on appointment and resignation of directors and supervisors. Capitalised terms used in the Supplemental Announcement Circular shall have the same meanings as defined in the Circular, unless otherwise stated.

The board of directors wishes to state the proposed appointment of Mr. You Zheng ("Mr. You"), Mr. Cheng Daoran ("Mr. Cheng") and Mr. He Wei ("Mr. He")for a term of office from the date of approval at the extraordinary general meeting of the Company to the expiration of the term of the current session of board of directors and supervisory committee of the Company.

Save as disclosed above, Mr. Cheng, Mr. You and Mr. He do not hold any directorship and supervisorship in other public companies in the last three years.

The remuneration of Mr. Cheng, Mr. You and Mr. He will be determined by the remuneration committee of the Company in accordance with the remuneration policy of the Company and will be approved at the extraordinary general meeting of the Company.

As at the date of the Supplemental Announcement, Mr. Cheng and Mr. You do not have any interest in the securities of the Company (as defined under Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong)). The above director candidates have not been penalized by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and other relevant departments and stock exchanges.

As at the date of the Supplemental Announcement, Mr. He has the following interests in the shares of the Company (the "Shares"):

The above supervisor candidate has not been penalized by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and other relevant departments and stock exchanges.

In addition, there is no other information in relation to Mr. He which is discloseable pursuant to the requirements set out in Rules 13.51(2)(h) to 13.51(2)(v) of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, nor is he involved in any of the matters required to be disclosed pursuant to the Hong Kong Listing Rules. Save for the above, there is no other matter that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.
