Dongwon F&B Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A049770) agreed to acquire Doosan Feed & Livestock Co., Ltd. from Doosan Corporation (KOSE:A000150) for KRW 35.3 billion on March 10, 2017. Under the terms, Dongwon F&B will acquire 2.2 million shares of Doosan Feed & Livestock. In year 2016, Doosan Feed & Livestock reported KRW 84.6 billion in sales and KRW 3.3 billion in operating profit. The transaction is expected to close on March 10, 2017.
As of April 6, 2017, the acquisition amount was changed from KRW 35.3 billion to KRW 34.9 billion. The transaction is now expected to close on April 6, 2017. Ernst & Young Global Limited, Corporate Finance acted as financial advisory to Dongwon F&B Co., Ltd.

The Seasoning Distribution segment is mainly engaged in the manufacture and distribution of spice products and other spice products and sauces products. The Feed segment mainly provides feeds for poultry, swine and cattle. The Other segment is engaged in the product agency.
