Doric Nimrod Air One Limited is a closed-ended company. The principal activity of the Company is to acquire, lease and then sell a single aircraft. The Company's investment objective is to obtain income returns and a capital return for its shareholders by acquiring, leasing and then selling a single aircraft. The Company has purchased an Airbus A380-861 aircraft, which has a manufacturer's serial number (MSN) 016, which it has leased for an initial term of over 10 years with fixed lease rentals for the duration to Emirates Airline. The Company's Airbus A380-861 aircraft is equipped with approximately four Engine Alliance GP7200 power plants. The A380 owned by the Company has visited Auckland, Hong Kong, Milan, New York John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) and Sydney. The Company's asset manager is Doric GmbH.
