Douglas Emmett, Inc. (NYSE:DEI) is looking for acquisitions. During the company's quarterly earnings conference call, Jordan Kaplan, President and Chief Executive Officer said "we are pursuing refinancing opportunities that may even further lower our cost of debt and working on new acquisitions as they emerge". Jordan Kaplan added, " we keep looking -- we look at acquisitions and we look at our existing portfolio".
