Tessellis rises 4.6 percent and records the best performance on the small-cap list.

doValue gains 4.2 percent after signing a binding agreement to acquire 100 percent of Gardant's share capital for EUR230 million in cash, including EUR50 million related to the refinancing of net financial debt, plus the issuance of new shares, at a premium to current market value, corresponding to a 20 percent stake in doValue to Gardant shareholders.

FTSE SMALL CAP - LOSERS

EPH falls 17 percent, with the shares now worth EUR0.33. Trading on the stock is currently suspended.

Conafi follows with a loss of 5.9 percent, with the shares worth just over EUR0.22 each.
