Doyen International Holdings Limited Announces Re-Designation of Luo Shaoying from Executive Director to Non-Executive Director

The board of directors of Doyen International Holdings Limited announced that due to rearrangement of duties, Ms. Luo Shaoying has been re-designated from an executive director of the company to a non-executive director of the company with effect from 29 January 2018. Ms. Luo will remain as a vice chairman of the company.
