Dr. Lal PathLabs Limited announced that Mr. Bharath U, Chief Executive Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company has resigned and requested to relieve him from the services of the Company, on or before May 20, 2024.
In this respect, the Company's Management, basis Mr. Bharath's request, had agreed to relieve him with effect from May 9, 2024 (closing of business hours).
