The board of directors of Dr. Lal PathLabs Limited meeting held on May 17, 2022, recommendation of final dividend of INR 6 per equity share (@ 60% on a face value of INR
10 per share) for the year ended March 31, 2022. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be dispatched/credited within 30 days of the AGM .
