CLEANSING NOTICE

DRA Global Limited (ASX / JSE: DRA) ("DRA" or "the Company") issued 174,524 fully paid ordinary shares ("Issued Shares") on 1 and 2 August 2022 on the exercise of zero-exercise price options by employees and Non-Executive Directors - see Appendix 2A dated 3 August 2022.

DRA advises that the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ("Act") restricts the on-sale of securities issued without disclosure, unless the sale is exempt under section 708 or section 708A of the Act. By the Company giving this notice, a sale of the Issued Shares noted above will fall within the exemption in section 708A(5) of the Act.

DRA gives notice pursuant to section 708A(5)(e) of the Act that:

• the Issued Shares were issued without disclosure under Part 6D.2 of the Act;
• as at the date of this notice the Company has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M as they apply to the Company and with section 674 of the Act; and
• as at the date of this notice there is no information which is 'excluded information' within the meaning of sections 708(A)(7) and (8) of the Act, being information:
• • that has been excluded from a continuous disclosure notice in accordance with the ASX listing rules; and
  • that investors and their professional advisers would reasonably require for the purpose of making an informed assessment of:
  • • the assets and liabilities, financial position and performance, profits and losses and prospects of the body; or
    • the rights and liabilities attaching to the Issued Shares.

DRA advises that preparation and review of its financial statements for the six months ended 30 June 2022 remains ongoing and is incomplete, and that it is scheduled to release its 2022 half-year report on 31 August 2022.
