Meadowlark Media announced that it has received $12.6 million in funding from DraftKings Inc., DAZN Limited, Wasserman, Verance Capital, EMJ Ventures and other investors

On April 1, 2021, Meadowlark Media closed the transaction. The company has issued 3,600,000 shares for gross proceeds of $12,600,000 in the transaction from 11 investors including new investors, DAZN Limited, DraftKings Inc., EMJ Ventures, Verance Capital, Wasserman, individual investors Michael Lynton and Carmen Busquets.
