Dragonfly GF Co., Ltd (KOSDAQ:A030350) agreed to acquire 51% stake in Renofec Co, Ltd. from Sung, Sang Kyung, Jeongja Kim, Seong, Ji-hee and Sung, Han-gyu for KRW 7.7 billion on May 10, 2021. As per the transaction, Dragonfly GF Co., Ltd will acquire 0.09 million shares. Dragonfly GF Co., Ltd. has paid KRW 1.5 billion as down payment and KRW6.15 billion payable within 15 days from the date of down payment. The Board of Directors of Dragonfly GF Co., Ltd. has passed the resolution for the transaction. Completion is scheduled on May 25, 2021.
