Item 8.01. Other Events.

On December 5, 2022, DT Midstream, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.64 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable January 15, 2023 to shareholders of record as of December 19, 2022.
