MOUNT HOREB, Wis. (AP) _ Duluth Holdings Inc. (DLTH) on Thursday reported fiscal third-quarter net income of $940,000.

On a per-share basis, the Mount Horeb, Wisconsin-based company said it had profit of 3 cents.

The results topped Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for a loss of 2 cents per share.

The clothing and tools supplier posted revenue of $135.5 million in the period, falling short of Street forecasts. Three analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $136.1 million.

Duluth Holdings shares have increased 33% since the beginning of the year. The stock has climbed 55% in the last 12 months.
