NOTICE TO THE MARKET

INTEGRAL ACQUISITION OF VIVA DECORA

DURATEX S.A. ("Duratex" ou "Company") informs its shareholders and the market in general that, on July 31, 2020, it concluded a contract for the full acquisition of the company VIVA DECORA INTERNET LTDA. ("Viva Decora"). The Company acquired 28.57% of the Viva Decora's shares on November 24, 2017 and, since then, additional contributions have been made, increasing its participation in the business.

In addition to the notice to the market of November 28, 2017, Viva Decora is an inspiration platform for interior decoration and renovation, which contains a base of more than 120 thousand registered architects and designers. In addition to having digital marketing intelligence and an integrated market channel, a platform is still a leader in accesses, with organic traffic of more than 10 million sessions per month.

With internalization, Duratex takes another step to enhance its digital channels, such as its new Deca marketplace, in addition to strengthening contact with partners and end consumers, combining technology and innovation. Through the exhibition of products in decorated environments, the Company intends to boost the strength of its brands in complete solutions for environments.

For the acquisition, no financial disbursement by the Company will be necessary, since the payment to the others shareholders will be made through the cash available at Viva Decora.

With this investment, DURATEX get a move on materialization of the purpose of solutions for better living, consolidating its strategy of digital transformation and improving the service to its customers.
