On December 15, 2022, DXP Enterprises, Inc. issued a press release announcing
the Company's plan to repurchase up to $85.0 million or 2.8 million shares of
DXP outstanding common stock. Such exhibit (i) is furnished pursuant to Item

Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "Exchange Act") and (iii) shall not be
