ANNOUNCEMENT ON UNAUDITED OPERATING DATA

FOR THE FIRST QUARTER OF THE THREE MONTHS ENDED

31 MARCH 2020

This announcement is voluntarily made by Dynagreen Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd.* (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group").

The board of directors (the "Board") of the Company is pleased to announce that the unaudited waste input volume of the Group amounted to 1,741,400 tons in the first quarter of the three months ended 31 March 2020, representing a year-on-year increase of 15%; the electricity generation volume was 575,994,400 kWh, representing a year-on-year increase of 23%; and the on-grid electricity volume was 467,938,200 kWh, representing a year-on-year increase of 20%.
