ANNOUNCEMENT ON UNAUDITED OPERATING DATA

FOR THE FIRST QUARTER OF

THE THREE MONTHS ENDED 31 MARCH 2021

This announcement is voluntarily made by Dynagreen Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd.* (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group").

The board of directors (the "Board") of the Company is pleased to announce that the unaudited waste input volume of the Group amounted to 2,371,000 tons, representing a year-on-year increase of 36.16%; the electricity generation volume was 912,957,400 kWh, representing a year-on-year increase of 58.5%; and the on-grid electricity volume was 760,354,100 kWh, representing a year-on-year increase of 62.49% respectively in the first quarter of the three months ended 31 March 2021.
