ANNOUNCEMENT ON UNAUDITED OPERATING DATA

FOR THE FOURTH QUARTER OF

THE THREE MONTHS ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2020 AND

THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2020

This announcement is voluntarily made by Dynagreen Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd.* (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group").

The board of directors (the "Board") of the Company is pleased to announce that the unaudited waste input volume, electricity generation volume and on-grid electricity volume of the Group amounted to 2,542,100 tons, 974,457,600 kWh and 810,880,500 kWh respectively in the fourth quarter of the three months ended 31 December 2020. For the year ended 31 December 2020, the unaudited waste input volume of the Group amounted to 8,973,200 tons, representing a year-on-year increase of 24.75%; the electricity generation volume was 3,310,399,500 kWh, representing a year-on-year increase of 41.34%; and the on-grid electricity volume was 2,726,583,900 kWh, representing a year-on-year increase of 41.21%.
