SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE ANNUAL REPORT

FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2018

Reference is made to the annual report of Dynagreen Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd.* (the "Company") for the year ended 31 December 2018 (the "2018 Annual Report"). Unless otherwise defined, terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the 2018 Annual Report.

Reference is also made to the paragraph headed "V. Other disclosure (disclosure pursuant to the requirements of the Stock Exchange Listing Rules - (III) Use of proceeds" in the section headed "V. Discussion and Analysis of Operations (Report of Directors)" of the 2018 Annual Report. The Board wishes to supplement with the following information.

As at 31 December 2018, the net proceeds from the Global Offering (as defined in the prospectus of the Company dated 9 June 2014) had been utilized as follows:

Note: The full amount of HK$112.6 million was utilized during the financial year ended 31 December 2018, with capital contribution of HK$24.17 million to the Shantou Project Company, HK$24.16 million to the Bobai Project Company and HK$64.28 million to the Yichun Project Company.

The use of proceeds from the Global Offering is in compliance with the plans previously disclosed by the Company and there have been no material changes or delays.
