(Stock Code: 029) FINAL DIVIDEND FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2016 AND CLOSURE OF REGISTER OF MEMBERS

Reference is made to the announcement of Dynamic Holdings Limited (the "Company") dated 30 September 2016 in regard to the annual results of the Company for the year ended 30 June 2016. The board of directors (the "Board") of the Company hereby announces the following:

FINAL DIVIDEND FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2016

On 3 October 2016, the Board has resolved to recommend the payment of a final dividend of 3 Hong Kong cents (2015: 3 Hong Kong cents) per share to the shareholders of the Company whose names appear on the register of members of the Company on 23 December 2016. Together with the interim dividend of 2.5 Hong Kong cents per share which were paid to the shareholders of the Company during the year, the total dividend for the year amounts to a total of 5.5 Hong Kong cents per share. Subject to approval by the shareholders at the forthcoming annual general meeting of the Company to be held on Friday, 9 December 2016 (the "AGM"), the warrants for the final dividend are expected to be despatched to those entitled on or about 9 January 2017.

CLOSURE OF REGISTER OF MEMBERS FOR THE AGM AND FINAL DIVIDEND

For the purpose of ascertaining the rights of shareholders to attend and vote at the AGM, the register of members of the Company will be closed from Monday, 5 December 2016 to Friday, 9 December 2016 (both days inclusive). In order to be eligible to attend and vote at the AGM, all properly completed transfer forms accompanied by the relevant share certificates must be lodged with the branch share registrar of the Company in Hong Kong, Tricor Tengis Limited at Level 22, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Hong Kong for registration not later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday, 2 December 2016.

For the purpose of determining the entitlement of shareholders to the proposed final dividend of the Company for the year ended 30 June 2016, the register of members of the Company will be closed from Tuesday, 20 December 2016 to Friday, 23 December 2016 (both days inclusive), during which period no transfer of shares of the Company will be registered. In order to qualify for the proposed final dividend, all properly completed transfer forms accompanied by the relevant share certificates must be lodged with the branch share registrar of the Company in Hong Kong, Tricor Tengis Limited at Level 22, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Hong Kong for registration not later than 4:30 p.m. on Monday, 19 December 2016.
