E.ON is recruiting for up to 100 new permanent roles including electricians and roofers as well as safety assessors and customer service staff to support its ongoing successful delivery of the Local Authority Delivery (LAD) element of the Government's Green Homes Grant (GHG) scheme.
E.ON welcomes the Government's recently announced reallocation of funding into the LAD element of the GHG and is already working with around a dozen council partners as part of the scheme, providing low carbon heating and energy efficiency improvements for as many as 4,400 eligible households, completely free of charge.

The new roles include positions in the administration of the various projects such as planning, customer support and project management, as well as the more specific technical positions including electrical installers, roofers, Gas Safe assessors and Health and Safety support. E.ON also expects its supply chain partners and sub-contractors to see similar growth as they support the projects.
