E*TRADE Financial : Morgan Stanley gets Fed approval to buy discount brokerage E*Trade Financial

Sept 30 (Reuters) - Morgan Stanley has received approval from the Federal Reserve to acquire discount brokerage E*Trade Financial Corp, the U.S. bank said on Wednesday.
