EAB Group Plc's Board of Directors has decided on distribution of dividend

The Board of Directors of EAB Group Plc has decided to distribute a dividend of EUR 0.05 per share to shareholders in accordance with the mandate received from the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") in 2021.

The dividend of EUR 0.05 per share will be paid to shareholders who on the record date for the dividend payment on 31 August 2021 are recorded in EAB Group's shareholders' register maintained by Euroclear Finland Oy in Finland. The dividend payment date is 7 September 2021 or as soon as possible thereafter.

The Board of Directors was authorized by the 2021 AGM to decide on a dividend payment of a maximum of EUR 0.05 per share for the financial year 2020 to be distributed.
