Notice Regarding Addition of New Director Candidate

With respect to the Director candidates determined at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on May 13, 2022, we hereby announce the following additional Director candidate for election at the 35th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on June 22, 2022, in addition to the Director and Corporate Auditor candidates announced in the "Notice Regarding Changes in Directors and Corporate Auditors, etc." dated May 13, 2022.

The relevant resolutions are expected to be adopted at the 35th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and the meeting of the Board of Directors to be held thereafter.
