Eastern Polymer Group Public Company Limited held on November 13, 2019 approved the payment of interim dividends from the operating result ended September 30, 2019 at THB 0.10 per share for the total of THB 280,000,000 to pay to the Company's shareholders whose names appeared on the registered shareholder book as of November 29, 2019, the date set by the Board of Directors of the Company' to be the record date of shareholders eligible to receive the dividend. Dividend payment shall be made to shareholders on December 12, 2019, and the allocation of profit in the amount of THB 18,359,281 for legal reserve.
