According to the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Eastern Power Group Public Company Limited ("EP") held on April 20, 2022 that was resolved to approve the issuance and offering of warrants to purchase ordinary shares of the Company No.4 (EP-W4) in the amount not exceeding 233,126,774 units to be allocated to the existing shareholders in proportion to their shareholding (Right Offering) in the ratio of 4 ordinary shares per 1 warrant, free of charge (zero Baht). In the case where the fraction of the warrants are left from the calculation according to the ratio of warrant allocation, the whole number of such fractions shall be cut off. By specifying the list of shareholders who have the right to receive the warrants to purchase ordinary shares No. 4 (EP-W4) (Record Date) on April 28, 2022

The Company would like to inform the date of issuance of EP-W4 warrants as follows:

EP-W4 issuance date	: June 30, 2022
The expiration date of the warrants EP-W4	: June 29, 2025

The warrants EP-W4 are valid for 3 years from the date of issuance and offering of warrants No. 4 (EP-W4) which will be due on June 29, 2025. The warrants will be retired from being securities registered the next day and can be exercised for the first time on September 30, 2022, with the exercise ratio of 1 warrant unit per 1 new ordinary share, the exercise price is Baht 8.30 per share (may be changed later according to the conditions for adjustment of rights).
