Hiroshi Oeda, Independent Director, Chairman of the Board of Directors of EBARA Corporation (EBARA), will speak at ICGN Priorities: Governance & Stewardship Japan.

1. Background

In this event, priority issues and fields to be improved in terms of Japanese governance addressed in a revised version of the Opinion on Priorities for Japanese Corporate Governance, which was formulated in 2019 by the International Network of Corporate Governance (ICGN)*, will be discussed. At the panel session, Mr. Oeda together with other panelists will discuss the future governance of Japanese companies.
